Book Your Stage Date and Time

Use the link below to select your performance date and stage time through Outlook Booking. Please complete this step when you submit your entry form.

Be sure to select your chosen contest date: March 11 or March 12, 2027.
Each stage time is 40 minutes and includes warm-up, performance, and live judge critiques if time allows.
Use the tentative daily schedule on the Music Meet Information page to select a time slot.
A 10-minute break is scheduled between bands to allow time for setup.

Entry Fee:

Deadline for entry form is Monday, February 22, 2027
Deadline for payment is Monday, March 8, 2027

$300 for a single ensemble within the same district (any grade or level)
$250 each for two ensembles within same district
$200 each for three or more ensembles within same district

Only checks will be accepted.

Note: a check made payable to Blinn College without the BAND designation or a mailing without Jill Stewart’s name will most likely not arrive in the proper account or department for this contest.

Entry fee includes written comment sheets as well as recordings of judges’ spoken comments and your performance.
