Blinn-Schulenburg offers fall community education courses
Courses in vegetable gardening, pest and weed control, and natural remedies are available

The Blinn College-Schulenburg Campus is offering community education courses this fall.
Classes will range from vegetable gardening to natural health remedies. They are:
- “Central Texas Vegetable Gardening,” Sept. 17 and 19.
- “Garden Solutions: Pests, Diseases, and Weeds,” Sept. 24 and 26.
- “Develop Disease-Suppressive Soils,” Oct. 1 and 3.
- “Natural Health Remedies,” Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nov. 5-19.
All classes will meet from 6-8 p.m. in Room 123 on the Schulenburg Campus.
“Central Texas Vegetable Gardening,” “Garden Solutions,” and “Develop Disease-Suppressive Soils” are each $39, but special pricing of $99 is being offered if all three are taken.
“Natural Health Remedies” is $99, but a discounted price of $179 is being offered for all four classes.
The classes will be taught by David Will of Landscape Details. Will is the former grounds maintenance supervisor at San Antonio’s Fiesta Texas and has taught continuing education and Master Gardener classes for more than 35 years.
