Payment Dates and Methods
Blinn offers several options to students for securing payment for tuition and fees. Please review the options below and ensure that payment is applied prior to the payment deadline for the appropriate semester. Failure to pay tuition and fees by the payment deadline may result in students being dropped from classes.
Please note that students do not receive tuition bills in the mail. Account balance can be found by clicking the "Pay my Bill" icon in myBLINN.
Option 1: Pay in Person
Students may pay tuition and fees in person by visiting Enrollment Services located at the Brenham, Schulenburg, and Sealy campuses, and the Central Administrative Services Building at the Tejas Center in Bryan. See the Admissions page for a complete list of locations.
Students can pay in person using cash, credit or debit card, check, money order, or cashier's checks. No temporary checks will be accepted. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. Students will not be charged a convenience fee when they make a payment by credit card in person at any Blinn College District campus.
Option 2: Pay Online
Log in to myBLINN and pay full tuition and fees online under the "Pay my Bill" icon. Choose the term(s) you wish to pay for. You can pay by e-check or credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and visa credit cards.
Note: There is a 2.85% convenience fee added for online credit card transactions. E-checks do not have a convenience fee. Students will not be charged a convenience fee when they make a payment by credit card in person at any Blinn College District campus.
Option 3: Pay Through the Mail
Checks should be made out to the Blinn College District for the correct amount of tuition and fees and should include the student's ID number on the check. Mailed payments must be received prior to the payment due date.

Option 4: Set up an Installment Plan
Blinn makes education affordable to students by providing an option to pay tuition and fees in full or in installments. You can pay by e-check or credit card. Returned Check Policy
- A returned check fee of $25.00 will be applied to the student account in addition to the original obligation for any checks returned to the College by a financial institution. Electronic check payments through Nelnet will be assessed a returned check fee of $30.00 if returned for non-payment.
- A returned check for tuition and fees may result in the student being dropped from all classes.
