Disabled Parking
Accessible Parking
Students and visitors to campus who have valid disabled license plates or hangtags are permitted to park in any designated accessible space without purchasing a permit.
If an individual with a valid disabled license plate or hangtag is unable to find an available accessible space, they could receive a citation if parked in a general parking space. Please utilize our pay-by-space option (Bryan Campus only) or purchase a parking permit.
Disabled/Decorated Veteran Parking
All Veterans with Disabilities, Congressional Medal of Honor recipients, Prisoners of War, Pearl Harbor survivors, and Purple Heart recipients, whose vehicles display the special license plates issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, are exempt from the payment of fees for any Blinn parking permit for which they are otherwise eligible.
The permit must be issued to the vehicle with the special license plate and is only valid when used by the veteran. One parking pass per eligible veteran. This does not apply to special event parking which may have a separate charge.
If you are using Chapter 31 benefits, please email parking@blinn.edu to request your parking permit. Chapter 31 benefits will cover the cost of your parking permit.
